A language program that would help customer service reps communicate more clearly with customers by matching the accent of the customer.

So lets say a call center in India is reached by a peson in Texas, then the call center's voice is changed to a Texan along with accent. That way, the person in Texas feels "more at home" and his anxiety also goes down while dealing with any customer support issues.

    Really great idea. The need for overseas customer support is growing more and more. Now the language barrier won't be an issue.
